We’re a group of people from all walks of life, each with our own brain injury stories — car accidents, strokes, falls, illness, and more. But what we share is understanding. This is a place where people truly get what you're going through.

We run relaxed, peer-led sessions where people recovering from brain injury can learn, share and rebuild confidence.

We get involved in local activities — from Tai Chi to Park Run to Wheelchair basketball — helping people reconnect, rebuild strength and enjoy life again.
